MISSION STATEMENT
As the only organization representing the regional and statewide interests of the the standardbred industry, Harness Horse Breeders of New York State seeks to advance and improve the breeding and quality of New York-eligible trotters and pacers, while increasing public awareness and enthusiasm for the sport of Harness Racing. In doing so we will foster increased cooperation between breeders, owners, trainers, racetracks, fans, and others interested in a vibrant breeding and racing industry in our state. |
